Viggers Eriksen is a corporate boutique law firm, founded in Aarhus in 2022 by Jonatan Doost Viggers and Søren Overgaard Eriksen.

Jonatan and Søren both have extensive experience as attorneys at two of Denmark’s leading law firms, Gorrissen Federspiel and Kromann Reumert.
We offer dedicated and expert legal advice within our carefully selected practice areas, in which we have acquired extensive knowledge, experience and expertise through our many years of practice.
We provide value-adding advice to the benefit of our clients, handling everything from smaller, simple cases to larger, complex ones, all with a commercial mindset.

Our advice is always tailored to the individual client. We believe we provide the best advice in close collaboration with the client and on the basis of an in-depth understanding of their organisation and business. This enables us to deliver solutions that create value for the client – also in the longer term.
Both partners participate on equal terms, and every matter is handled by the partner best qualified within the relevant area of law. It is our conviction that a specialised attorney creates more value and resolves legal challenges with higher quality and an in-depth knowledge of market practice.
When you work with us, you have direct access to the partner who knows your matter. We make a point of being reachable when you need a quick answer or legal sparring – also outside ordinary office hours.
Fees
Competitive and transparent rates
We offer competitive and transparent rates for our legal services.
Our fee is generally based on the time spent on the engagement. However, we will always have a dialogue with you prior to sending our invoice to ensure that you have received value for money, and we are happy to update you on the fee along the way if you wish.
While the hourly rate often becomes the main focus, two other factors matter more for the total fee – staffing and the number of hours spent.
Staffing
All work is handled by Jonatan or Søren personally and is not delegated to junior attorneys or associates with less experience. In practice, this means you have the same contact person throughout, and you never pay for internal training or double-staffing on your matter. Whereas larger law firms typically staff matters with several people, we apply no double- or triple-staffing.
Time spent
Thanks to our specialisation, we resolve matters faster than less specialised profiles. At Viggers Eriksen we work without billing targets. With no billing targets and no ability to over-staff, there is no risk to you as a client of padded or unnecessary time spent on your matter.
