Jonatan Doost Viggers primarily works with real estate matters and transactions.

For a number of years, Jonatan has advised companies on real estate matters, including real estate transactions, commercial and residential tenancy law and construction law. Jonatan’s practice focuses on investment property transactions, including the purchase and sale of completed properties and development properties and projects. Jonatan has extensive experience in residential real estate transactions, including the conduct of due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents and the execution of the transactions themselves.

Jonatan also deals with corporate and commercial matters, where he advises on M&A and general corporate matters, including capital increases, mergers, demergers, shareholder matters, etc.

Søren Overgaard Eriksen

Søren Overgaard Eriksen’s practice focuses on M&A, corporate and commercial law and competition law.

Søren advises widely on mergers and acquisitions as well as Danish and international commercial law and assists clients in a wide range of industries. Søren’s practice includes drafting and negotiating transfer agreements and reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, agency and distribution agreements. Søren also advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, vertical and horizontal restraints and abuse of dominant position.

With German as a second mother tongue, previous employment at one of Germany’s leading law firms, Hogan Lovells, and an extensive professional network in Germany, Søren also advises and assists clients on legal issues related to the German-speaking countries, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
